Lenten Art Exhibit Based on AF Book of Faith Resource

February 22nd, 2012 by Beth A. Lewis

This was posted on the Book of Faith page on Facebook this morning by Paul Jacobson.  It references one of our resources, Book of Faith Lenten Journey: Water Marks.

"I mentioned in an earlier comment that our church in St. Paul, MN (Lutheran Church of the Redeemer) is mounting a "home-grown" art exhibit entitled "40 Images for our Lenten Journey" based on the Water Mark's "Worship Helps" (link through Augsburg Fortress). I am preparing descriptive museum-type labels to go with all 40 images. The labels name the day #, the theme from Water Marks, and the scriptural passage (as well as art credits). If anyone is interested in this document, let me know. I'm doing it a week at a time. Days 1-6 are complete and on the walls of our church basement (which we quaintly call the "undercroft")."

Thanks for sharing this, Paul!

Blessings,
Beth
