I have become a big fan of webinars. They are a great way to convey information, teach a class, build community. At Augsburg Fortress, we are using webinars to teach Sunday School teachers how to improve their teaching. We use them to share information about new resources we will be publishing. We use them for board meetings. And, a couple of months ago, I taught a class on strategic planning for an MBA class at California Lutheran University.
